Edits, deletions and sharing changes are picked up as they happen. Renaming a file or revoking access is reflected in search, so results do not quietly go stale.
Results show the passage that matched, highlighted in context, so you can tell the right document from a near-miss without opening either of them.
A search in one language can surface documents written in another, which matters when your team does not all write in the same one.
A search lives in its URL — filters, query and all. Send someone the link and they see the same search, subject to their own access. The back button behaves as it should.
